Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man) and internationally.
Please note: our Rack Isle Bath & Body products are only available for delivery within the UK due to regulatory restrictions.
How we ship
UK orders - sent with Royal Mail using dependable, trackable services from our door to yours.
International orders - sent with DHL, fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
Packing & dispatch
- Every parcel is packed with care in Bibury, Gloucestershire, using thoughtful, minimal packaging.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking (where applicable).
Delivery timeframes
UK(Royal Mail)
- Standard: typically 3–5 working days.
- Express (when available at checkout): typically 1–2 working days
International (DHL)
- Typically 3-7 working days, depending on destination and local customs.
All timings are estimates; busy periods and external factors (including customs clearance for international orders) can sometimes add a little extra time.
Customs, duties & local taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees set by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are usually collected by DHL or the local customs authority before or at the time of delivery.
Eleven Bibury is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs procedures.
Missed deliveries & addressing
If no one is home, Royal Mail or DHL may attempt redelivery or leave a collection card.
Please check your address carefully at checkout - we can’t replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address.
Returns (UK orders)
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Unless an item is faulty or not as described, return postage is paid by the customer.
- To start a return: email us at orders@elevenbibury.shop and we will provide instructions. Refunds are made to your original payment method once items are received and checked.
