Working from his Worcestershire workshop, he has developed a distinctive method of hand-dyeing wood veneers, producing rich, luminous colours unobtainable through conventional materials.
Each piece begins as a study in design and proportion before being transformed through layers of dyed veneer, hand-cut marquetry, and flawless lacquer finishing. The result is work that is both functional and sculptural - contemporary in expression yet rooted in traditional craftsmanship.
