Sustainable Packaging

The River Coln, the stone, the trees and hedgerows around Bibury are the quiet backdrop to everything we do at Eleven Bibury. Caring for this place - and for the wider environment - shapes how we think about our products, our Makers and the way we package every order.

We work with Makers whose values echo those of the Arts & Crafts movement: honest materials, handled with skill, made to last. Much of what we stock is rooted in wood, linen, cotton, wool, paper, card, ceramic and glass - materials that sit comfortably in both home and landscape.

The same thinking guides our packaging. Orders are wrapped in recyclable paper and card, with plant-based packing fillers that can be dissolved in water or composted at home. We use simple paper-based tapes where possible and avoid unnecessary layers, so your parcel is protective but not wasteful.

We're mindful of what we send out into the world and what's left behind. We review our materials regularly, reduce packaging where we can, and favour solutions that feel in keeping with Bibury and the Cotswolds - considered, quiet, and respectful of their surroundings.
